① Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
Strict selection: All components and raw materials must undergo strict incoming inspection. We collaborate with recognized suppliers and conduct sampling tests on key materials in accordance with standards, thus eliminating potential quality risks at the source.
② Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Technology Empowering Manufacturing: In our SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly line, the AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) equipment continuously monitors the high-precision assembly process. The reflow soldering and wave soldering process parameters are strictly controlled by a precise system to ensure the consistency and reliability of PCB board welding.
③ Final Inspection (FQC/OQC)
100% comprehensive inspection and testing: After the final assembly of the product is completed, 100% aging tests, functional tests, and safety performance tests (such as pressure resistance and insulation resistance tests) will be conducted to simulate the actual usage environment, ensuring that the product meets the standards.
④ System and Certification Assurance
Process-oriented and documented: The entire process strictly adheres to the ISO 9001 quality management system standards. All operations have clear guidelines to follow, and all records can be traced.Our products are meticulously designed and tested in accordance with international standards, ensuring compliance with the requirements for target market certifications such as CE.
